The other night I went to Raoul's and got the best profiteroles. Spun sugar was delicately and deliciously placed around these profiteroles. Other than giving the puff pastry with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, an even more beautiful appearance, it also gave it an even more sugary texture and taste. Yum!
